Your permission

You must have the right to upload the conversation and use the service lawfully. Do not upload passwords, financial credentials, illegal content or material belonging to people whose privacy you cannot respect.

AI limitations

Reports may be inaccurate and are not medical, legal, employment, financial or relationship advice. Do not use them to make high-stakes decisions.

Purchases and subscriptions

Classic and Deep are one-time digital purchases. Brandon Unlimited renews monthly until canceled. Cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues through the paid period. If a paid report fails to generate, support will investigate and may issue a refund. Minor interpretation errors are normal model behavior and do not automatically qualify.

Unlimited personal use

Unlimited covers normal personal report generation, one report at a time. Account sharing, automation, scraping, resale and bulk commercial use are not included. Extraordinary automated activity may be rate-limited to protect the service.

Friend Passes

Each paid Unlimited billing period includes one non-transferable Friend Pass for an eligible recipient. It expires at the end of that billing period, does not roll over and has no cash value. The sender cannot view the recipient's upload or report.

Acceptable use

No harassment, stalking, impersonation, automated scraping, security testing without authorization, or attempts to identify protected or highly sensitive traits.
